English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (DOC or PDF) format through the Online Submission System.
Authors are invited to submit full-length paper (8 full pages at least, for presentation and publication) or abstract (200-300 words, for presentation only). Previously published papers or papers currently under review for other conferences/journals should not be submitted and will not be considered. Each paper is limited to 20 pages normally. The additional pages more than 10 pages will be charged. Please follow the Paper Format.
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and it'll be publsihed in the conference proceedings. And accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2). Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3). Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4). Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”

The conference technical committee will make an overall arrangementssent and
assign the paper for review process. It'll take about 25 days. Early result

During the review process, you may also receive mail from conference
secretary towards your paper. If she requires you to provide more
information of the paper, please cooperate her accordingly.
After the review process, the conference will send the notification mails to
author/authors of the paper. No matter it's accepted or rejected, you will
be notified with the result.
If the paper is accepted, congratulations! Please proceed to the registration step.
1. You are required to read the notificatio letter carefully and download the needed forms via the links provided. Please follow the instruction steps to complete the registration. Afterwards, you must submit those registration files before the registration deadline.
